黑料吃瓜网 Community College is excited to announce the launch of a Women鈥檚 Flag Football program beginning in Fall 2025, making it one of the first institutions in Alabama to embrace this emerging sport under the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). This initiative aligns with the Alabama Community College System鈥檚 commitment to expanding athletic opportunities for female students across the state as they flag football as a sanctioned NJCAA sport within the Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC).

鈥淲omen鈥檚 flag football is on the rise at the collegiate level. Through an effort with the Alabama Recreation and Parks Foundation, we鈥檙e excited to offer an additional opportunity for our female student-athletes at the two-year level,鈥� said ACCC Commissioner Dean Myrick. 鈥淭his sport is popular at our state鈥檚 high schools, and I believe that will translate into a competitive league for us.鈥�
