Application must be submitted through the online link. There is a $200 annual application fee. The housing application may be submitted without payment, but the fee is required in order to secure an assignment. The fee will not be placed on student accounts until availability is confirmed, and the student receives and responds to the confirmation text. Communication will be done via text messaging to the student鈥檚 cell phone number provided.
Both student housing complexes are within walking distance for shopping at a Walmart Supercenter. Plus, residents can enjoy student activities on campus, public tennis courts, a scenic walking trail, and cultural events at the Dixon Center for the Performing Arts. Home games for Saints volleyball, basketball, flag football, softball, and baseball games are also short walks.
